ANDY & katie, multi-day wedding in punta mita

What a weekend!

Andy, Katie and their whole crew were ready to party!

The wedding weekend itinerary started with pre-sunset photos on the hotel's beautiful beach followed by a welcome party. A few minutes before the sun went down, we planned some more flashy photos that turned out to be some of my favorites, we ran along the beach and I even ended up getting wet while photographing the two of them dancing in the water. One of things that I like the most about this destination is the sunsets, there's no sunsets like the ones in Punta Mita and they were a major part during these 3 days of coverage. 

The next day was the boat party, we sailed out to sea around Punta Mita, watching little baby whales with their moms and enjoying the beautiful scenery of this part of the Mexican coast. We stopped in the middle of the sea and Andy and Katie jumped in the water followed by their friends to have a great time paddle boarding, playing and swimming. I even brought my underwater camera housing, so I was having fun doing photos of everybody as well. Anna, who came along to document the whole weekend with me, was shooting everything on film during this day, which was a beautiful touch for these memories. It was a perfect pre-wedding day full of adventure and we had a lot of fun.

The wedding day was full of emotion; from the first look of the Bride and Groom and some intimate moments where we took portraits, to the end of the night.
The outdoor ceremony had an incredible view of the ocean, as did the cocktail party. We really wanted to take advantage of the beautiful location so, we went down to a different part of the beach for some couple portraits before we came back to the reception which was beautifully illuminated by plenty of warm lights. Again, the colorful sunset was present and a great party followed these two. 

Andy and Katie enjoyed their time like no other and it was super fun being there with them and their guests. They really carefully planned a whole wedding weekend experience for everybody and brought us along to capture it. Thank you guys, enjoy the photos.
