I absolutely loved working with Megan and William! From the very first photo I took of them the day before the wedding, all I saw was pure happiness, smiles, looks and beautiful moments.
If I had to define their entire wedding weekend, I would say that those first 15 minutes of Day 1 would be enough, we had such an amazing time together! They both were incredibly kind and friendly, as if we had known each other forever.
Of course, every couple is unique and I always try to make the photos as genuine and natural as possible, so they truly represent them. As I finished putting together this gallery, I realized how lucky I was to photograph such a beautiful couple: hundreds and hundreds of pictures that captured all the joy of their day.
Those who have worked with me know that I like to get deeply involved in organizing the wedding timeline, because I want (or rather, need) to make the most of the light and every opportunity. For this wedding especially, where in addition to digital coverage, I included 35mm and medium format film photography.
When you add Megan’s attention to every detail to all of this and the way she looked absolutely stunning in her wedding dress (just look at that veil!), the result is a wedding coverage that feels both candid and editorial.
I’m really happy to have all those moments shared with them in such a beautiful venue as Casa Cien, a stunning hotel in the heart of town. Its charm and location make it an exceptional setting for a destination wedding in Mexico and without a doubt, one of my favorite venues in San Miguel de Allende.
I hope you love these photos and that they bring a smile to your face, just as they did to mine.
