Scotland

Scotland, Part I

Without a doubt, Scotland has always been one of the top destinations on my travel bucket list.

Last year, I finally had the chance to visit it with Anna, and even though some time has passed, I can’t resist feeling nostalgic every time I see a photo from this wonderful trip.

We were lucky enough to spend several days in Edinburgh first, walking through its streets and exploring other amazing places like Stirling, Inverness, and of course, the Isle of Skye. Countless lakes, mountains, roads, and castles accompanied us at every turn.

But there was so much more: cozy restaurants, bars and shops filled with local crafts. I can’t recall a single bad memory from this incredible country… well, maybe just one. The day I tried the famous lamb Scotch Pie. I suffered so much when it was gone, it was such a delight!

So much magic in a single trip, so much history. Scotland, you’re one of a kind. I met you just to know that you’re real, and I’m sure this is only the first of many times I’ll return.

Photos on digital and film.

Don’t miss the Part 2 of this trip over here.
